Coconut Acai Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen unsweetened acai packet
  • ¼ cup coconut milk (canned)
  • 1 Tbsp. shredded coconut
  • 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa nibs

Directions:

  1. Run the frozen acai packet under water for five seconds. Remove from the packet and pour into a high-speed blender with the coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the acai smoothie into a serving bowl. Top with shredded coconut and unsweetened cocoa nibs.
